Basic Throttle RF1300
The AirWire900 handheld wireless throttle (RF1300), has a simple and intuitive layout making it easy to use without having to learn and remember complicated instructions.
The throttle features our trademark standard big speed knob, direct locomotive address selection, 9 auxiliary function keys and bright, easy-to-see indicators. It can use any DCC decoder address from 1 to 9999. It is complete, with nothing extra to buy. It includes 8 different frequencies that may be changed at any time.
The throttle uses advanced digital technology at 900MHz which allows for excellent range with a very small antenna. The throttle's signal penetrates through walls, insulation and other objects commonly found in and around a railroad. The AW9T works equally well indoors as well as outdoors.
The throttle's small size and universal layout make it simple to use for either right or left handed operators. The throttle is small, 2 x 6 x 1.8 inches and is very light weight.
Four AAA batteries provide about 40 hours of use. Batteries are not included.
The Advanced Throttle (T9000) does everything the Basic Throttle does and more. It includes a digital display to confirm all commands entered. This is very handy when operating multiple trains.
Many users have one Advanced Throttle for their use and Basic Throttles for guest operator use.

The wireless receiver with built in 10 Amp motor driver mounts inside a locomotive or car to receive wireless commands and power the motor with an external battery pack.
The complete module is easily installed and measures only 1.43 x 4.23 inches. An optional kit provides cables and connectors to allow the board to be split in half for easier mounting into tight spaces.
The wireless receiver section offers superb reception and needs only a short 3 inch antenna which is included. The small flexible antenna can be hidden away inside a car or look perfectly natural mounted on the roof of the locomotive. It can be bent or formed to fit inside cramped spaces.
The motor driver section features cool running at high output currents. It can easily drive two motors or a single big motor. The peak output current of 10 Amps can be supplied even during the height of summertime temperatures.
Three auxiliary outputs offer fully protected front and rear headlamp drivers, and a protected 2.5 Amp driver for a smoke generator. It can also be used to power other high current loads.

Now it is easier than ever to remotely control your turnouts and other stationary accessories directly from your AirWire throttle. The Linker scans all AirWire frequencies and combines the received activation commands with DC power and sends the combined signals the companion Activators using a single pair of wires.
The Activator provides remote control for all of your switch machines and almost any other types of garden railroad accessories. It can turn on lamps, motors, pumps, blowers, relays, etc. Anything can be turned on or off, or pulsed on/off can be controlled by the Activator.
